* Postmarked or register online on or before June 1: $150
or postmarked or register online after June 1: $155
* Single memberships may register one guest at the regular registration fee.
* Couples memberships may register two guests at the regular fee.
Non-member registration fees:
* $190 for non-members, postmarked or online on or before June 1, 2008.
* $200 for non-members, postmarked or online after June 1, 2008.
HLCCA Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy:
* Conference Registration
* Cancellation prior to June 24, 2008: 100% refund
* Cancellation June 25-30: 50% refund
* Cancellation after June 30: NO REFUNDS
Registrants must make their own hotel reservations by June 26, 2008.
* Hotel: Toll Free 1-800-245-9190, Request the HLCCA room rate.
* Hotel Room Rates: $99+tax per night for single or double occupancy.
The Hotel will also extend this same rate 3 days before and after the Conference dates, in case the attendees wish to stay for a longer vacation.

Exit I-94 west, then exit on I-394 west, take the Highway 100 south/Park Place Boulevard exit. Exit at Park Place Boulevard, turn left at stoplight and take overpass to hotel on right.
From I-94 Eastbound (from St. Cloud):
Take I-494 south, exit I-394 east, exit at Park Place Boulevard, turn right at stoplight, to hotel on right.
From I-94 Westbound (From St. Paul):
Exit I-394 west, take the Highway 100 south/Park Place Boulevard Exit, exit at Park Place Boulevard, turn left at stoplight and take overpass to hotel on right.
From I-694 Eastbound/Westbound:
